Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline
∎ PGDHRM/ MBA in HRM/ LLB will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead HR & Compliance team of the factory with proper managerial skill and develop them with required knowledge and skill to identify and solve any sort of HR & Compliance problem.
∎ Prepare HR plans and policies and handle HR issues of a huge number of workforce.
∎ Take key role in HR recruitment and selection process.
∎ Develop & implement performance appraisal policy and overall training.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge and orientation on Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules.
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Accord/Alliance compliance
∎ Have knowledge and experience of Social compliance Audit
∎ Prepare all Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and follow up regularly as per submitted CAP.
∎ Carry out any other special duty assigned, as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization..

∎ Written and Verbal Communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Leadership ability to motivate the team-mates and a team player.
∎ Inter-personal communication skills.
∎ Well-organized and detail-oriented.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
∎ Working Experience on 'KORMEE' software.
