Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's or Honors Degree from management or HRM.
∎ Any professional degree in HRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all types of HR & Admin associated duties and responsibilities.
∎ Implement the core HR practices under company policy to ensure professional HR.
∎ Follow up daily HR & Admin related activities as organization demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
∎ Conversant with Legislation in Industrial Laws related to Employees (labor laws,compensation act, establishment act etc.)
∎ Monitor HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software & update personal files and record keeping of each employee.
∎ Responsible for recruitment & selection procedure (Job Circular preparing, CV sorting,primary Screening, Interview Board preparing, Recruitment approval preparing etc.),induction of staff & supervision of Attendance, Leave, Payroll and benefits.
∎ Deal with salary & wages fixation, compensation & benefits, leave management, attendance & overtime monitoring, performance appraisal & organizational management.
∎ Motivate, counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Disciplinary action & grievance handling of employees and disposal as per policy.
∎ Prepare draft acceptance letter of resignation, clearance certificate and experience certificate.
∎ Maintaining ID card & Biometrics punch system of each employee.
∎ Assist to the employees and doctors of all departments and unit to solve their HR related Issues and Works.
∎ Responsible to work directly with BMDC (Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council), BNC (Bangladesh Nursing Council) etc. all regulatory authorities of Bangladesh Government regarding employee related matters.
∎ Shall be responsible for quality assurance of patient care in respect of both inpatient and outpatient service
∎ Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience in Hospital & Diagnostic Center.
∎ The applicants must have vast knowledge in IT.
∎ Preferable applicants should be Honest & Religious.

Salary: Negotiable
