Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline (Preferably MBA in HRM) with very good academic track record. PGDHRM will be preferable.

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration Compliance., Garments Textile, HRM, Knit Composite Garment Factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
∎ Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
∎ Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
∎ Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ To develop & implement Policies, procedures relevant to HR & Admin Dept.
∎ To supervise the overall functions of the HR & Admin Division.
∎ To develop and implement modern HR concepts.
∎ To manage effective performance management system.
∎ To operate learning & development culture for employees.
∎ To manage payroll, compensation & benefits of the company.
∎ To handle legal & settlement issues relevant to HR & Admin dept.
∎ To manage vehicle fleet of the company.
∎ To maintain relation with law enforcement and govt. offices.
∎ To assist Managing Director with Strategic HR functions.
∎ To maintain all of the issues Of 'ACCORD' and 'H&M'
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits
∎ To deal with all buyers representatives & auditors and meet their relevant requirement to ensure zero NCR
∎ Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law & different brand code of conduct.
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
∎ Communicate with buying house, third party audit firm, fire & civil defense department, Environment department government office, and police station & labor department.
∎ To follow-up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ Educate and train factory employees on compliance standards and requirements
∎ To lead a team and make them same skilled, to identify and solve any sort of problem.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
∎ Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof.
∎ Organize all relevant meeting like EHS/WWA etc., on a regular basis - monthly or as required. Independently handle all product safety related issues.
∎ Educate and train factories on compliance standards and requirements
∎ Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws, COC of different buyer's and the organizations own code of conduct.

∎ 10-12 years' experience in the relevant field with vast knowledge about ACCORD Guideline
∎ Experience of working with the reputed brand.
