Responsibilities & Context:
- Receive gray fabric from suppliers or production units as per delivery challan.
- Check fabric quantity, roll number and visual condition.
- Ensure proper documentation during receiving.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of fabric rolls.
- Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) system.
- Maintain accurate stock records (MS Excel and ERP system).
- Update daily stock movement (receipt, issue, balance).
- Ensure correct fabric type, quantity, and lot are issued.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure records are properly maintained and easily traceable.
- Perform any other store-related tasks assigned by management.
