Good communication skills in both Bengali and English.

Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities & Context: Posmi Sweaters Limited is 100% export oriented Sweater Manufacturing Company is going recruit “Manager- Administration for its factory unit located at Dhaka Road, Chandana Chowrasta, Gazipur Sadar, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, Supervise and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
- Ensure security of plant, properties & personnel.
- Lead crisis management during fire, accidents, or any other emergencies.
- Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/Staffs/ Management etc. on administration issues.
- Follow-up factory all license, Certificate & take necessary steps for renewal & update.
- Follow up & ensure all Health, Safety & hygienic Issues of factory as per legal requirement.
- Follow up & ensure all office Management for better work environment.
- In collaboration with the company top management, develop and implement time-to-time factory all Administrative issues, policies & also Prepare timely reports and presentations to top management.
- Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment's, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties.
- To maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation of Factory.
- Handles company's legal issues related to LAND.
- Handles company's legal issues related to LABOR LAW and face any case in the labor court.
- Preparation of agreements, contracts, legal letters and documents for ensuring legal immunity for the organization.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate with the HR department to resolve disciplinary issues.
- Ensure appropriate logistical support for production, management, and guests.
- Manage administrative budgets efficiently and ensure cost control.
- Develop & Implement SOP and policy for Security Management, Protocol Management, Transportation Management and other areas of admin and security as and when required.
- Responsible for physical protection includes asset protection, work place violence prevention, CCTV monitoring, surveillance with internal & external theft and threat.
- Lead & supervise a team of admin staff and ensure proper training and development.
- Lead & Supervise factory landscaping, beautification, and waste management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Performing any other assignment as and when required by the management.
