Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions, including housekeeping, to ensure factory compliance.
∎ Responsible for buyers' entertainment, as well as managing tiffin and canteen services.
∎ Oversee dormitory management, vehicle management, and coordinate treatment and medical services.
∎ Monitor & follow up Fair price shop (Shurid).·
∎ Lead and manage administrative staff, including housekeeping and office assistants.·
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize administrative operational costs·
∎ Supervise of all kinds of wastage contracts with management to have an effective relationship with external stockholders (Jhute, dust, ploy, carton &, etc.).·
∎ Liaison with law enforcing agencies (Police, DC, UNO, Mayor, MP etc), regulatory authorities and any other external authorities, institutes and business associates.·
∎ Assist in the acquisition of land & minimize land-related disputes.·
∎ Assist in managing crises such as accidents, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
