Skills Required: Legal Compliance Code of Conduct,Social Compliance and Sustainability.
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 28 years
- Able to maintain reputed buyer standard factory & relevant buyer COC.
- Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006, buyer compliance & code of conduct.
- Strong communication abilities in Bengali and English both oral and written.
- Computer literacy is a must specially in office package.
- Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead, coordinate, and support all activities of social compliance audit.
- Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene, and environment.
- To ensure In-house fire training for Firefighters, Rescuers, new employees and security personnel.
- To prepare & update Policy & procedure as per buyer CoC & updated law.Maintain relations and discipline in the factory for all staff and workers.
- Should have sound knowledge on Social, Environment, Chemical, technical audit & certification audit like BSCI, SEDEX, Accord, Alliance, ISO, GOTS, OCS, GRS, OCS, BNBC etc.
- Having experience in handling buyers like the decathlon, PUMA, GU, and Primark.
