• 3 to 4 years of practical experience in internal audit, preferably in garments.

• Strong knowledge of internal audit principles, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.

• Must have sound understanding of garments production processes and workflows.

• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and audit-related software.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.

• High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Conduct internal audits of financial records, operational processes, and compliance systems.

• Review accounting transactions, records, and financial statements for accuracy.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.

• Audit different stages of garment production to ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

• Identify risks, irregularities, and potential fraud, and suggest preventive measures.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.

• Follow up on corrective actions and verify implementation.

• Support management in decision-making through audit insights.

• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
