∎ Age at least 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable of handling cutting floor with required quality and compliance.
∎ Have to meet the daily cutting target as well as factory production efficiency.
∎ Maintain the SOP of cutting strictly.
∎ Develop the Team and lead them for the smooth operation of cutting.
∎ Received the Fabrics/Rib and others items from the store as per consumption.
∎ To obtain the QC approval for the sample/size set and bulk cut accordingly.
∎ Make the Cutting plan as per Production plan.
∎ To ensure relaxation as per Fabrics nature inspection, Marker checking and Cutting the Fabrics accordingly.
∎ Fabrics consumption shall be within the plan if cross then take approval form superior.
∎ Bundling, Keeping the cut panel as per Buyer, Style, PO, Size & color wise.
∎ To ensure line feeding/ Input as per production plan.
∎ Keep liaison with concerned Merchandiser/ PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head for day to day work.
