Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Baranda,Kashimpur, Gazipur.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Sweater factory at least 03 years.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire Manpower planning, Recruitment, Selection, Placement.
∎ Responsible to make and implement strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR issues.
∎ Supervise day-to-day HR activities, assigned work schedule, policies & procedural enforcement, leave management, preparing salary & wages sheet using payroll software and monitored daily attendance and absenteeism.
∎ Look after the compliance issues in line with Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 & Bangladesh Labour Rules 2015.
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance Audit, CTPAT, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP , Accord - Aliance requirement and QMS audit
∎ Meet up the requirement of Accord, Alliance, empowered to supervise & enforce compliance.
∎ Communicate BGMEA, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy work place, hygiene & environment
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 44 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Sweater factory at least 03 years.
∎ Strong knowledge on Bangladesh Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
∎ Have sound knowledge on different buyers Code of Conduct
∎ Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills in Bangla & English
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
