Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vast knowledge in designing knitting chart making in sweaters.
∎ In-depth knowledge of design techniques and processes in sweaters.
∎ Follow the development and production cycle and timelines to ensure all technical deadlines are achieved.
∎ Design and sampling new requirements from customers and create a range based on the Customer's Trend boards.
∎ Ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the customers’ requirements.
∎ Acknowledge, understand, implement, and emphasize buyer's requirements to ensure a safe and hazard-free product.
∎ Verify & check patterns, buyer comments to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of sweaters. Provide technical advice and support to merchandisers and the production team.
∎ All Kinds of Sample development as per buyer requirements.
∎ Work with design team members to develop products that will meet the needs of a customer.
∎ Preparing a PP sample as per customer requirements when needed.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchant and factories in production process of any selection samples from own development.
∎ Organize all samples in the sample showroom.
∎ Daily, monthly, and yearly reports are maintained as per company standards.
∎ Any types of raw yarn or accessories needed for development must be followed by our barcode software.

∎ Age 20 to 44 years
