We are currently seeking dynamic and driven Management Trainee Officer – SCM to support and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. This position offers a unique opportunity for young professionals to gain hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, production planning, and inventory management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities of SCM Department:
Identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with suppliers. Negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best prices and quality.
Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and products.
Monitoring procurement costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities, and managing budgets effectively.
Generate an implement purchasing strategies to streamline procurement activities, reduce cost and insure timely delivery.
Developing and implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply in case of disruptions.
Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth operation of the supply chain.
