∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform proper inspection and prepare planning for maintenance activity as per the given task by the Maintenance Head.
∎ Prepare machine breakdown report, root cause analysis of faults for any machine breakdown, and prepare report accordingly.
∎ Take part in and supervise all types of maintenance activity.
∎ Maintain the health and safety as per company policy in every work.
∎ Attending meetings, giving new ideas for improvement, and writing up reports.
∎ Maintain all necessary documentation required for maintenance and other purpose.
∎ Understand each department's (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Procurement, IT, etc.) daily processes and goals.
∎ Provide necessary support in the maintenance department by giving data entry, data analysis of various types of machinery, etc.
∎ To ensure that activities affecting the health, safety, and environment are identified in order to minimize their risks and impacts through planning, communicating, implementing, monitoring, and recording actions for complying with legal and other requirements.
∎ To establish, implement, and maintain procedures to identify the potential for, and respond to accidents and emergency situations, and for preventing and mitigating the significant health & safety risks as well as environmental impacts that may be associated.
∎ Ensure compliance with country laws, and regulations in company activities, Group and company policies, guidelines/standards like prevention of corruption, competition law, Human rights, etc. and implement company cultural & leadership principles.Any other relevant tasks (as may be) assigned by the superior as and when required.
