Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• CA Professional Level Qualified or Chartered Accountant (CA) is highly desirable.

• At least 5 years

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, particularly SAP. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.

• In-depth understanding of local and international financial regulations and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in English is a must.

• Manage the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual local and group financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable financial standards and regulations.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements to the Group (Germany) and locally, adhering to relevant accounting standards and group reporting requirements. Also, respond promptly to ad-hoc reporting requests of financial data and analysis from senior management with accuracy.

• Lead the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and financial goals.

• Utilize SAP and Comet systems to consolidate financial data, generate comprehensive reports, and perform detailed financial analysis.

• Maintain and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) and master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Act as the primary liaison during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation, and explanations, and resolving queries related to financial reporting.

• Ensure strong internal control measures are in place for financial processes, safeguarding company assets and minimizing financial risk.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Procurement to ensure financial alignment while supporting business objectives through strategic decision-making, financial analysis, and modelling for investment and cost management initiatives.
