Job Context:
∎ Management Trainee Period is 1 year.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining database of potential candidates.
∎ Maintaining HR Master database on softcopy for all employees.
∎ Maintaining employee file records (Existing & Resigned)
∎ Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
∎ Planning and organizing monthly birthdays.
∎ Assisting in recruitment process (Scheduling and coordinating interviews).
∎ Preparing welcome packs for newly hired employees.
∎ Revamping employee orientation.
∎ Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
∎ Planning and execution of employee engagement events with the alignment of Supervisor.
∎ Assist Finance team for preparing payroll service in every month.
∎ Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 28000 (Monthly)
