Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the spinning mill.
∎ Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of machinery and equipment.
∎ Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
∎ Coordinate with the production team to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to production schedules.
∎ Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
∎ Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
∎ Procure and manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve machinery and equipment breakdowns promptly.
∎ Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment maintenance history.
∎ Collaborate with management to develop and manage the maintenance budget.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in maintenance management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bsc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
∎ Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a spinning mill or textile manufacturing industry.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
∎ Knowledge of machinery and equipment used in spinning mills.
∎ Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
