Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accurately process employee salaries, benefits, and deductions as per company policy.
∎ Maintain and update payroll records, including attendance, leave, and overtime data.
∎ Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in payroll operations.
∎ Assist in responding to payroll-related queries from employees.
∎ Draft office notices, letters, and other official communication.
∎ Manage leave allocation and maintain accurate leave records in ERP.
∎ Ensure ERP-related data and updates for HR functions.
∎ Oversee employee separation processes, including final settlement.
∎ Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
∎ Manage employee insurance processes and claims.
∎ Support factory compliance activities, including social and other audits.
