Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Leather Engineering
∎ Must be post Graduate from any recognized university.
∎ Diploma in Merchandising will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Good interpersonal and communication skills, Microsoft Office Applications, Planning and organizing, Smart and Dedicated, Time Management, Very good team player
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with Buyer for bag approval, capturing comments, coordinating meetings and resolving issues.
∎ Ensure Right material for right style. Through trim card approval.
∎ Follow up with Product Development and check readiness of sample bag to send to customer for approval.
∎ Monitor and collate observations from Production control, Production, QA and QC when new style is introduced and check for issues with specification and actual delivery
∎ Prepare File information details - quantity to be produced, style &colour for each season.
∎ Check packing list and packing quality before sending the sample for customer approval
∎ Prepare summary report of sample - production style pictures, material standards, hardware standards, Article status, Trim card status.
∎ Prepare Pre production meeting, support smooth production & Shipment. .
∎ Following up of Sample as per T&A
∎ Checking technical drawing in regards of Sample, Paper Pattern & SOP
∎ Arranging Material for Sample
∎ Confirming Swatch card for mass production.
∎ Arranging Pre-Production meeting
∎ Arranging Internal Meeting for new styles
∎ Communicating with Internal & external customer
∎ Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly report
∎ Working on ERP, ECV
∎ Confirming Packing Instruction
∎ And other works related with Bulk delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of quality systems used in Leather goods manufacturing
∎ Knowledge of Leather Goods Manufacturing process
∎ Ability to plan own work, setting priorities and completing it under pressure
∎ Excellent communication skills Both English & Bengali.
∎ Ability to work independently.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 28000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
