Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibility for IQC:
∎ Ensuring of all incoming leathers are checked within stipulated time.
∎ Establishing SOP for leather quality and ensuring they are being followed.
∎ Following up of KPI of the Team members and making a monthly report of it.
∎ Giving monthly report to the reporting line.
∎ Follow up ERP to check leather quantity in the BIQC location and report to proper authority.
∎ Keeping daily records of all inspected leathers in a year with all necessary information about that.
∎ Ensuring proper communication with the warehouse to make the flow of material smooth from IQC to WH.
∎ Ensuring proper communication with IMC to deliver better flow of materials into production floor.
∎ Counsel with the TL/GL if any difficulty arises in the workplace.
∎ Train up all the team members to ensure quality of work.
∎ S6S – Ensure that all elements of S6S is followed and the team receives an audit score which is the top among all department.
∎ Keep a good communication with production so that in emergency situation material can be directly sent to production from BIQC.
∎ Job Responsibility for IMC:
∎ Create & publish SOP for Material Quality standards and specifications in respect with Quality standard
∎ Checking material stock status on ERP and ensuring all materials status as requested on receiving Production Plan from PC
∎ creating IMC material status report and issue 7 days early warning report.
∎ Ensuring Matching Ratio as per production plan.
∎ Ensure all set materials are located on S1 Kanban
∎ Communicate with IMC to deliver better flow of materials into production floor
∎ Ensure Materials requisitioned are sent to the production floor
∎ Ensuring get back all the return materials from production floor within 3 days when a style is finished.
∎ Resolve material related problems before going to Production floor and inform PMC & Production
∎ Counselling with TL/GL on stiff situations
∎ Keeping track with power BI update status of S1 Kanban
∎ Ensure minimum WIP by sending materials to production floor on time
∎ Train all members of the IMC team on SOP and standards as per expectation.
∎ Ensure IMC team members provide improvement ideas as per number of kaizen goal for the team and prepare a Kaizen report
∎ Ensure Kaizen is being implemented every month
∎ S6S – Ensure that all elements of S6S is followed and the team receives an audit score which is among the top 5 within Ventura
∎ Keeping track of the abnormal status of sent material on check sheet
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have will and ability to learn work in Leather Bag Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Must be hard worker and future goal to grow up with the company.
∎ Must have will to stay in Nilphamari/ Sayedpur.
Salary: Negotiable
