Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze production processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
∎ Develop time and motion studies to set Standard Minute Values (SMV) for each operation.
∎ Plan production capacity based on orders, machine availability, and workforce.
∎ Prepare manpower and machine allocation plans for different styles.
∎ Reduce fabric wastage, thread loss, and machine idle time.
