Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
∎ Coordinating interviews and assessments.
∎ Assisting with new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
∎ Maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
∎ Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies.
∎ Helping to communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
∎ Assisting in organizing and coordinating training sessions and development programs.
∎ Helping employees with training-related inquiries.
∎ Tracking and reporting on employee training and development activities.
∎ Performing general administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
∎ Compiling HR-related data and generating reports for analysis.
∎ Participating in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee surveys, or HR software implementation.
