∎ Preference will be given to those with experience working with TC (Transaction Certificate) through ERP software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To handle the Transaction Certificate (TC) and face all kinds of traceability audits.
∎ To maintain and update traceability systems or platforms (e.g., GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, OEKO-TEX, BCI, or other traceability software).
∎ Support third-party audits, certifications, and verification processes related to traceability and sustainability
∎ Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and validation for all supply chain stages, from raw material sourcing to finished goods.
∎ Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as office notes, memos, letters, and circulars.
∎ To maintain and update HR records, including attendance, leave, and personal files.
∎ Handle general administration tasks such as recruitment, safety, and legal affairs.
∎ To oversee the recruitment process and ensure fair selection practices
∎ To Prepare Job Descriptions for employees and maintain personnel files.
∎ Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
∎ Assist in updating HR policies and ensure effective implementation.
∎ Manage pre- and post-employment processes, including reference checks and certificate verification.
∎ Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
∎ Implement and maintain traceability systems in line with customer requirements, internal standards, and global sustainability protocols.
∎ Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
