• Practical knowledge of Labour Law & Implimentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.·       

• Outstanding analytical abilities.·        

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Assist in daily administrative operations following company policies.

• Support security and housekeeping functions within factory premises.

• Manage staff facilities including dining, waste management, and safety.

• Maintain discipline and assist in resolving routine admin or operational issues.

• Coordinate with department heads, local authorities, and external service providers.

• Assist in preparing and monitoring admin budgets and cost control.

• Maintain records and documents of vehicles, agreements, and service contracts.

• Support crisis management during fire, accident, or emergencies.

• Oversee factory beautification, gardening, and meal arrangements.

• Ensure compliance, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management or the Admin Manager.
