Responsibilities & Context:
• Lead and supervise the entire Admin department in line with company policy.
• Oversee housekeeping, factory maintenance, and workplace environment.
• Manage administrative budgets efficiently and ensure cost control.
• Maintain discipline and a positive work environment among employees.
• Handle contracts and renewals for security, cleaning, hospital, wastage, and transport services.
• Lead crisis management during fire, accidents, or emergencies.
• Supervise factory landscaping, beautification, and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to achieve zero NC.
• Communicate effectively with management and department heads for smooth operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by top management.
