∎ BBA/MBA in HRM , PGDHRM from BIM is highly preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the HR department
∎ Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
∎ Responsible for overall organizational hiring
∎ Manage On boarding related overall activities
∎ Run referral bonus & Incentive programs
∎ Employee Engagement & grievance management
∎ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
∎ Monitor HR department’s budget
∎ Manage Filing & Documentation and letter drafting
∎ Measure employee retention and turnover rates
∎ Maintain HRMIS

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in MNC Fast food chain shop/ Delivery Service related organization are highly preferable.
∎ Positive (YES/CAN DO) and Proactive Attitude toward any assigned task with “WE” mindset.
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Good in MS Excel
∎ Good Proficiency in English will highly preferable
