Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Optimum level of RM in the context of business need
∎ Inventory level accuracy should be maintained 100% on accurate manner
∎ Write offs (Damage, Expiry) to be reduced to Zero and take initiative on a proactive manner to reduce the write-off to its minimum level possible.
∎ Weekly sharing of RM/PM Projection & raise the requirement accordingly to procurement unit.
∎ GRN should take place in SAP on a correct manner on the same day of product receiving
∎ Make STN/Dispatch of products to every stores as per the daily requirement of stores
∎ Maintain SAP on daily basis for STR, STN, Reservation, write-off, PID, DMS etc. and should provide the day closing report at the EOD
∎ Inventory record accuracy (IRA): “Zero” tolerance in IRA. SAP closing Inventory should match with the physical inventory.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Hygiene control, HACCP, people, equipment, Temperature, Maintaining Compliance etc.
∎ Need to proactively share the Near-Expiry report with remarks specifying any threat on expiry
∎ DOI should be maintained according to the norm of category/type of RM/PM
∎ Should have sound knowledge on MIS preparation periodically (Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly)
∎ SLOB report should be prepared and should have insight knowledge of the reason of SLOB items.
∎ Fill rate report should be in daily activity and share it on timely with proper reason of undelivered item
∎ Should have sound knowledge Vehicle Volume utilization / Route Optimization plan for the distribution of items.
∎ Should have good knowledge on distribution planning that can give the best outcome comparing to every alternatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience candidate in food industry will get preference.
∎ Good knowledge of basic Inventory management & Distribution.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in SAP
∎ Advance in MS Excel.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
