Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Preference will be given for the candidates of the ethnic/indigenous communities of the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) and Norther districts.

• Experience: Should have minimum 5 years working experiences on relevant filed.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Act as main responsible person for Job Placement of the project beneficiaries.

• Develop linkage with different industries and factories in order to ensure job placement of trained up unemployed youths;

• Maintain a cordial relationship with employers through regular communication and liaison.

• Maintain follow-up monitoring and tracking of employed youth and provide motivation and encouragement for retention.

• Find out new avenues and scope for job placement of trained up student for ensuring better opportunities and facilities.

• Maintain database of all relevant information and documentation of trainees information, job placement and reporting to the relevant authorities on regular basis.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the authority for the sake organization and project.

• Good Computer Literacy and Data Entry skills is required.

• Salary and Benefits: Monthly Consolidated Salary Tk. 25,000/- (Twenty-Five thousand).
