• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Age: 25-35 years, (The age limit may be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience).

• Additional Job Requirement:

• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management

• Experience: Minimum 02 years of work experience in related field of NGO sector and computer knowledge & skill is essential.

Work Station: Hnila & Whykong Union of Teknaf Upazila under Cox’s Bazar District.

Key responsibilities are:

The Technical Officer (Youth Economic Empowerment-YEE/ Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change-DRR & CC) will provide technical leadership and coordination to enhance youth employability, entrepreneurship, economic resilience, disaster preparedness, climate adaptation and community resilience among children, youth and vulnerable households along with below:

• Lead YEE and DRR/CC Program Implementation;

• Promote Youth Employability and Skills Development;

• Support Youth Entrepreneurship and Economic Opportunities;

• Strengthen Youth Leadership in Economic Development;

• Implement Disaster Risk Reduction Activities;

• Promote Climate Change Awareness and Adaptation;

• Capacity Building and Technical Support;

• Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement;

• Monitoring, Documentation, and Reporting;

• Learning, Innovation, and Evidence Generation and

• Cross-Cutting Responsibilities:

• Salary and Benefits: Monthly Consolidated Salary Tk. 45,000/- (Forty-Three thousand Taka Only).
