Responsibilities & Context:

The purpose of this role is to ensure that all safety measures are taken into consideration while driving vehicle and for the safety of passengers. The scope is to be responsible for clean and fully equipped vehicles with all required accessories as per vehicle policy. S/he will ensure vehicles are in good working conditions with sufficient fuel available. Other duties include providing support to pick-up and drop mails, stationary etc. as and when required.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive vehicle in a safe & disciplined manner.

• Update all vehicles with first aid box and related required items as per the vehicle policy.

• Update vehicle log sheet and report to Concern Manager.

• Check vehicle blue book/tax/fitness certificate/insurance and act as required.

• Clean and maintain vehicle in condition.

• Check fuel availability in the vehicle.

• Logistics support during workshop as required.

• Coordinate with other Drivers as necessary.

• Perform any other administrative job assigned by the line manager or concern manager.
