Responsible for:
To provide health care services in the floating hospital and conduct the secondary health camp by maintaining proper clinical protocol.
To visit community-based health services, including satellite clinics in different hard-to-reach locations, and support paramedics and FCMs there.
To help with the organization of the health camp.
To see the patients referral and give feedback.
To help the international volunteers and doctors during their stay in the hospitals.
To manage the Friendship health service centers and supervise the activities of the clinical staff.
To give feedback to field and hospital staff.
To counsel the patients about health-related advice.
To help in establishing referral network with different health centre.
To do advocacy on family planning services for eligible couples.
To provide guidance and support to Lab Technologist and Paramedic, Nurses for Clinical record keeping.
To keep liaison with client/donors and Government when and where required.
To follow guidance and instruction from Head Office management.
To make plans and organize a training programme for the development of the project.
To compile, analyze and finalize the monthly, quarterly and yearly report on health activities.
As a member of the project team, work should be done in coordination with colleagues to ensure high quality support for the projects and excellence within the organization.
Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the organization.
MBBS Degree from a BMDC-recognized institute and a valid BMDC certificate.
MPH is preferable.
1 year of clinical experience would be preferable.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience will be considered an added advantage.
