Responsibilities & Context:

Work Station: Hnila & Whykong Union of Teknaf Upazila under Cox’s Bazar District.

Key responsibilities are:

The Technical Officer (Youth Leadership and Civic-CYL/Gender, Diversity, Inclusion and Protection-GDIP) will provide technical leadership and support to strengthen youth leadership, civic engagement, gender equality, diversity, inclusion, child protection and safeguarding initiatives within the Child Sponsorship Program along with the below:

• Lead CYL and GDIP Program Implementation;

• Strengthen Youth Leadership and Participation;

• Promote Civic Engagement and Social Accountability;

• Mainstream Gender Equality and Social Inclusion;

• Strengthen Child Protection and Safeguarding;

• Prevent Gender-Based Violence and Harmful Practices;

• Capacity Building and Technical Support;

• Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement;

• Monitoring, Documentation, and Reporting and

• Cross Cutting Responsibilities;

• Salary and Benefits: Monthly Consolidated Salary Tk. 45,000/- (Forty-Three thousand Taka Only).
