Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the design, development, testing and maintenance of software applications.
Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and specifications.
Data Interpretation, analysis capacity using statistical techniques.
Proficiency in basic data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS or STATA etc) will be added advantage.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications.
Assist in the development of user documentation and training materials.
Support quality assurance efforts by executing test cases and reporting bugs.
Provide first-level technical support to internal users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, ticketing system, or in person in a timely manner.
Follow IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP); working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
Job Other Benifits:
Allowances 8,000/- Month;
Upon successful completion of the internship program, interns will be awarded a certificate.
