Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: The Project Manager will lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, coordination, reporting, and financial oversight of the PRBCR Phase-2 Project, ensuring quality delivery, donor compliance, staff performance, SHG strengthening, accountability, and achievement of project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, implementation, monitoring, and achievement of targets.

• Supervise project staff and ensure discipline, accountability, and performance.

• Ensure effective SHG/CLA formation, savings, audits, and sustainability.

• Ensure compliance with Shalom policies, donor requirements, and approved budgets.

• Conduct regular field monitoring and ensure quality implementation.

• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, and annual reports.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, data, records, and learning.

• Coordinate with Central Office, partners, government, NGOs, and stakeholders.

• Ensure safeguarding, beneficiary accountability, transparency, and ethical standards.

• Support emergency preparedness and response within project areas.

• Identify risks and implementation gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.
