Responsibilities & Context:

·  Provide overall leadership, coordination, and technical oversight of the project as per approved proposal.

·  Develop and execute detailed implementation plans and ensure timely delivery of outputs.

·  Ensure alignment with donor requirements and achievement of project outcomes and impact.

·  Integrate gender-responsive and socially inclusive approaches in all interventions.

·  Lead budget planning, forecasting, and ensure effective financial management.

·  Monitor fund utilization and ensure compliance with donor and SHALOM guidelines.

·  Supervise, mentor, and manage project staff, consultants, and field teams.

·  Build capacity of team members and community groups (CCTs, SHGs).

·  Maintain strong partnerships with communities, CSOs, and stakeholders.

·  Represent the project in technical forums, coordination platforms, and policy dialogues.

·  Ensure proper implementation of MEAL framework, reporting, and documentation.

·  Capture lessons learned, best practices, and impact stories.

·  Facilitate learning events and ensure effective community feedback mechanisms.
