Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA (preferred but not required)
Experience with remote desktop tools and helpdesk systems

Skills Required: Computer Literacy,Computer Science/ Engineering,Hardware & Networking,Hardware Troubleshooting
Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Server OS)
Strong knowledge of Server Maintenance
Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls configuration
Familiarity with common software applications (Microsoft Office, email clients, antivirus tools)
Ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware issues efficiently
Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer support skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Diagnose and resolve software issues (Windows, common applications)
Maintain & Operate Server
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software
Troubleshoot hardware problems (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)
Manage and resolve network-related issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, firewalls, and access points
Monitor system performance and ensure network security
Maintain IT documentation and logs for troubleshooting and maintenance
Assist in system upgrades, backups, and data recovery
Ensure timely response and resolution of support tickets
