Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop a candidate tracking database to track real time status of all candidates.
∎ Assist in the reference & background check project of new employees.
∎ Development of job description database of unique positions.
∎ Assist in recruitment and selection process comprising CV sorting, candidate communication etc.
∎ Coordinate various learning and development sessions as per company requirements.
∎ Assist in regular HR Operational tasks
