  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling HR processes.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Demonstrated passion for HR and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices will be advantageous.

As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to the success of our organization. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team in recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Participate in the onboarding process by coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.

  • Support HR personnel in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and tracking personnel-related data.·         Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.

  • Collaborate with HR team members in conducting training sessions on various topics, including compliance, diversity, and company culture.

  • Aid in the performance management process by tracking performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.

  • Assist with benefits administration and resolve employee queries related to benefits packages.

  • Contribute to maintaining and updating the employee handbook and other HR-related documentation.

  • Support the HR team in conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
