Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling HR processes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Demonstrated passion for HR and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
Basic understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices will be advantageous.

As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to the success of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the HR team in recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Participate in the onboarding process by coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.
Support HR personnel in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and tracking personnel-related data.· Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.
Collaborate with HR team members in conducting training sessions on various topics, including compliance, diversity, and company culture.
Aid in the performance management process by tracking performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
Assist with benefits administration and resolve employee queries related to benefits packages.
Contribute to maintaining and updating the employee handbook and other HR-related documentation.
Support the HR team in conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Remuneration: BDT 10,000 (per month)
