Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
BBA or MBA in Human Resource Management (All courses must be completed except internship) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
The minimum duration of the internship is three (3) months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs.

Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Assist in onboarding and employee separation activities, ensuring smooth transitions for both new and exiting employees.
- Gained hands-on experience in managing employee data through the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Prepared and maintained documentation and personnel files for new hires in compliance with HR policies.
- Communicated effectively with candidates regarding interview schedules and onboarding procedures.
- Utilized MS Excel to update and maintain the talent acquisition database and recruitment trackers.
- Assisted in planning and coordinating employee engagement programs and events.
- Assist in various HR and Administration initiatives, supporting departmental objectives and projects.
