Responsibilities & Context: Company: Gemcon Food and Agricultural Products Ltd. (Meena Bazar) Duration: The minimum duration of the internship is three (3) months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs. Office Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Sunday to Thursday) Salary Benefits: Monthly Remuneration 6000 to 8000 Taka Job Location: Corporate Office, Dhanmondi, Dhaka. Key Learning Area: Assist to monitor inventory levels and support effective stock management activities. Coordinate procurement processes and maintain communication with suppliers. Prepare and maintain purchase orders, inventory records, and supply chain documentation. Monitor product movement and coordinate logistics to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare reports and update supply chain trackers using Microsoft Excel. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. Analyze inventory and operational data to support planning and decision-making. Support various Supply Chain initiatives while contributing to efficient and streamlined operational processes.
