Responsibilities & Context: Department: Customer Service & Support Job Nature Full-time Job Location Head Office, Cube Limited (Mymensingh) Age Limit 20 to 32 years Gender Female can apply Job Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, messages and emails from clients (schools, colleges, madrasahs) regarding the company`s software and services. Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, complaints and support requests. Coordinate with the technical/support team to resolve client issues within committed timelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues and resolutions. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory resolution and gather feedback. Assist clients with basic software navigation and troubleshooting over phone/chat. Prepare regular reports on customer queries, complaints and satisfaction levels for management. Support the sales team by providing after-sales customer care and retention support. Experience Requirements 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, call center or client support role; fresher’s with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Experience in a software/IT company`s customer support will be given preference. Additional Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English. Patient, polite and customer-friendly attitude. Good problem-solving ability and composure under pressure. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet browsing).
