Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers through inbound and outbound phone calls.

• Explain products, offers, and ongoing campaigns.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Understand customer requirements, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up diligently to close sales. 

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Confirm customer orders accurately.

• Maintain proper call records and update the CRM system.

• Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction.
