🎯 Key Responsibilities
📞 Customer Communication
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with customers
- Assist customers professionally and close sales orders
💻 Operations Management
- Manage and update products on the company website
- Maintain product listings and inventory updates
📊 Data & Reporting
- Maintain daily sales and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel
- Report to the leader on time
🤝 Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly targets

👩💼 Candidate Requirements
🎓 Education
- Minimum HSC Passed
- Candidates currently studying Bachelor’s / Master’s or completed from a reputed university in Dhaka are highly encouraged to apply
💼 Experience
- Freshers are welcome
- 1 year experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
💻 Technical Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Data entry, formulas, reporting)
- Basic understanding of Website Management / E-commerce backend
🗣 Communication Skills
- Strong communication skills in Bengali
- Basic English communication ability

💼 Work Details & Benefits
🕘 Working Hours:
Morning shift: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
Evening shift: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Day Off)
💰 Salary: BDT 10,000 to BDT 12,000 (Initial)
🎯 Performance Bonus and Sales Commission will also be available after permanent
