Responsibilities & Context: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; BBA in Accounting will be preferred.
6–7 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in Sales.
Strong knowledge of territory sales and distribution management.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
Ability to effectively manage, motivate, and develop Sales Representatives (SRs).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Strong relationship-building skills with distributors, retailers, and customers.
