Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the company`s school management software, ID cards, attendance devices and SMS services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges and madrasahs across the target region.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales approach.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to management.
Recruit, train and supervise Sales Executives and Sales Commission Partners.
Ensure timely follow-up, demo scheduling and closing of sales leads.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Experience in software, IT solutions or ed-tech sales will be given preference.
Additional Requirements
Strong leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation ability, both in Bangla and English.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel across the assigned territory as required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
