Responsibilities & Context: Job Nature Full-time Job Location Field/Territory-based (under Head Office, Cube Limited) Age Limit 20 to 35 years Gender Male can apply Job Responsibilities Visit target schools, colleges and madrasahs to present and promote the company`s school management software and related products (ID cards, attendance devices, SMS services, mobile app). Identify potential institutions and generate new sales leads within the assigned territory. Schedule appointments, conduct product demonstrations and follow up with decision-makers (Principals/Headmasters). Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager. Prepare and submit proposals/quotations to prospective clients. Maintain regular follow-up with leads until sales are closed. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure after-sales satisfaction. Submit daily/weekly visit and sales reports to the Sales Manager. Experience Requirements 0 to 2 years of experience in field sales or marketing; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Experience in software, Ed-tech, or direct/field sales will be given preference. Additional Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to work in the field. Must have own transport (motorcycle preferred) and a valid driving license. Basic computer and smartphone operating skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Salary & Benefits 15000-35000, based on experience and company policy. Attractive performance-based incentive and commission on sales. Mobile bill and travel (TA/DA) allowance, Festival Bonus as per company policy.
