Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company, projects, products, and services.

• Manage and maintain company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Create engaging and professional social media content, including posts, banners, promotional materials, and campaign creatives.

• Design graphics, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

• Create visual content for real estate projects, property listings, campaigns, and promotional activities.

• Plan, execute, and monitor Facebook/Meta Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance, audience engagement, reach, leads, and conversion data and prepare regular reports.

• Develop creative ideas and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.

• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to understand campaign requirements and prepare relevant promotional materials.

• Maintain consistent branding, design standards, and visual identity across all marketing channels.

• Edit photos, videos, reels, and other digital content when required.

• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, graphic design trends, and competitors’ activities.

• Perform any other marketing and design-related duties assigned by management.

Preferred Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro/CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, and basic knowledge of SEO/Google Ads.
