Responsibilities & Context:

RedFin Developments is seeking a skilled and dedicated site engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure quality, and manage site operations efficiently. The candidate must have practical experience in building construction projects and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and workers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure work is completed in accordance with the drawings, design, and specifications.

• Monitor quality control and safety compliance at the site.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management.

• Check materials quality and maintain site inventory records.

• Solve technical issues at the construction site.

• Ensure project completion within the timeline and budget.

• Measure work progress and verify contractor bills.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.

• Experience in real estate or a developer company will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage manpower efficiently.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction methods.

• Must be sincere, hardworking, and responsible.
