B.Sc. in Food Technology / Food Science from a recognized university.
Candidates with relevant academic knowledge in food safety, quality control, HACCP, GMP, and food microbiology will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Gazipur, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
Conduct routine inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and company quality standards.
Monitor production hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping practices.
Maintain QA records, inspection reports, test results, and other relevant documentation.
Identify quality issues and assist in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production and other relevant departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Support internal quality audits and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of raw materials and finished products.
Perform any other QA-related duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of food safety and quality assurance principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good command of MS Office.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
