∎ BBA/MBA in HRM/ Management from any reputed educational institution
∎ Skills Required: Business Communication, Labor Law, Microsoft Office Applications
Job Context:
∎ A reputed group of company is going to arrange 12 weeks Internship Opportunity for BBA/MBA students for supporting the students to learn HR and other business practice practically. Group will assign a mentor for each selected Intern.
∎ The Group does not assure Job after the completion of the internship. However, best performers may be regularized with our openings following proper procedure.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
∎ Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
∎ Screen resumes and application forms
∎ Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
∎ Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
∎ Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
∎ Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
∎ Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
∎ Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to pay attention to details
∎ Strong technical aptitude.
∎ Must have the ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.
