Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement.
∎ Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
∎ Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
∎ Improve the efficiency of each production process.
∎ Evaluate employees' tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have knowledge of lean manufacturing and unit production system. Key requirement is to have experience on Workwear Apparel (Woven, Knits and Rainwear) Trouser, Jackets, Cargo Pants, Coveralls, T shirts and other protective wears.
∎ Designs and develops production layouts to increase productivity and quality standards. Their main duties include reviewing current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement
